摘要

Solid solutions (SSs) based on CaYb2S4 (Yb3S4 structural type) and BaSm2S4 (CaFe2O4 structural type) were prepared using the ceramic and chemical methods for the preparation of oxide precursors. The samples were certified by XRD and electron microscopy. The electric conductivity and thermal stability of the samples were studied. The electron transport numbers were determined by the Hebb-Wagner method.
