Imminent IPU ban could spell trouble

The UK ban by PSD that will take effect in July 2009 will prohibit the use of the herbicides isoproturon (IPU) and trifluralin in the UK.Manufacturers were given 6 months from March 2007 to clear their products and the distributors a further 6 months.There will be a total ban of use by July 2009.
