摘要

The piston-cylinder contact point is an important energy loss factor in a swashplate unit. In the past, in order to register the friction forces at this contact point a test stand had been constructed. This test stand now underwent further development so that the similarity of the model under test with the actual piston/cylinder contact in the axial piston unit was improved and the measured friction forces are not overlaid by the oscillations engendered by the machine dynamics, even at rotational speeds up to 1500 rpm. The modified test stand was subsequently used for measuring the friction forces at the HFA-lubricated piston-cylinder contact point.
