气缸套二维磨损对活塞环-气缸套摩擦副润滑特性的影响

摘要

进行了活塞环-气缸 套的二维润滑分析。考虑到气缸套二维磨损的影响，联解了二维雷诺方程、膜厚方程和载荷 平衡方程。计算结果表明，气缸套的磨损对活塞环-气缸套的润滑状态有重大影响。同时计 算结果也显示，通常采用的一维润滑分析有其局限性，对活塞-气缸套进行二维润滑分析是 十分必要的。%In this paper,two dimensions full numerical analysis is developed for the lu brication analysis of the piston ring based on the flow of lubricant to evaluat e the effects of liner wear.The calculating results show that the lubrication pe rformance of piston ring significantly depends on the deformation of cylinde r liner and the one dimension analysis is inapplicable in this condition.
