For more than two-thirds of Oilweek's 60-year life,Canadian oil and gas companies have been probing Canada's frontiers,in the north and offshore the east coast,for oil and gas.So far,little has come from the northern exploration effort save some Bent Horn crude shipped south in the mid-19805 to help,in part,bolster Canada's sovereignty claims over the Arctic archipelago.
