PURPOSE: A grinder for inner and outer diameters and a plane is provided to obtain optimum quality with low cost by simplifying a structure and improving operability and precision. CONSTITUTION: A grinder for inner and outer diameters and a plane comprises an inner and outer diameter grind unit(300) and a top surface grind wheel driving unit. The inner and outer diameter grind unit comprises a workpiece setting device(100) and a grind wheel drive unit(200). The workpiece setting device has a workpiece fixing unit(110) and a tailstock(120). The grind wheel drive unit is made of a grind wheel(240). The top surface grind wheel driving unit comprises a support shaft, a vertical operated servo motor, and a rotation driving motor(440). The support shaft has a grind wheel(410) for top surface. The vertical operated servo motor is installed on the upper end of the support shaft. The rotation driving motor is installed at one end of the other side of the support shaft. The grind wheel rotation motor is mounted on the lower part of the top surface grind wheel driving unit.
