BLACKBIRD ENERGY INC. recently announced that it has entered into a letter of intent with Thani Emirates Petroleum Cooperatif U.A. for the acquisition of its oil and gas division. The division is operated through Thani Netherlands Holding B.V. TNH holds assets that include the right to exploit the oil and gas resource potential within blocks ranging over an expansive area, including both onshore and offshore, of North and West Africa.
