W&T Offshore said it expects to meet its 2008 production outlook but warned of lower drilling activity in 2009 due to uncertain market conditions. The oil and natural gas company also said it has not established its 2009 capital budget for the same reason, but added it expects to fund its expenditures through its internal cash flow.
