Opec to Focus on Compliance; No New Cuts

Opec ministers meeting in Vienna agreed to keep existing formal production cuts unchanged for fear that bigger cuts might damage the global economy. But they also urged members who have been cheating on their quotas to slash production by a combined 800,000 barrels per day in the next 10 weeks.
