DCS to Enable the On-Stream Fuel Conditioning Process

Meeting the ever-growing industry demands to the application properties of engine fuels has been among the top priorities for the petroleum processing plants in the Russian Federation.The KINEF Production Association,one of Russia's largest oil refineries,has developed a project on getting its plants operation to comply with the new requirements.A project milestone included the installation of an automated diesel additive injection facility at the PST-1(Light Oils Blending Facility Tank Farm).
