Most of us don't have a front row seat to these changes, but from his spot, the Oilweek Rising Star from the inaugural class does have a unique way of looking at his role and the opportunities that a bear market brings. I caught up with Tony to find out what he's been up to since winning the award in 2008. "I am very much behind the scenes. I focus on putting my time and attention on the CEOs, the directors," Tony says. "I'm there in the background advising them. That's a critical component of what I do."
