Target bid boosted by Blaze

BLAZE ASSET HAS upped its cash and scrip bid for fellow US oiler Target Energy. After two months the special purpose vehicle of Odin Energy and Advance Energy, formed to launch the takeover, has increased its offer from one cent and 0.75 of a share in Advance to one cent and one full Advance share.
