EXCO NAMES ACTING CFO FOLLOWING BURNETT'S RESIGNATION

EXCO Resources Inc. has made changes to its management team. Chris Peracchi, EXCO's former vice president of finance and investor relations, and treasurer, became vice president and acting CFO, effective August 22, 2016, following the departure of Richard A. Burnett. Burnett, the company's former vice president and CFO resigned to pursue another opportunity. Tyler Farquharson, EXCO's former senior director of finance, was promoted to the position of vice president of strategic planning and assumes the investor relations role within EXCO.
