Vystar names Binderman as acting CFO

ATLANTA—Vystar Corp. has selected Warren Binderman as its acting chief financial officer. President and CEO William Doyle pre- viously handled the CFO duties. Doyle said Binderman has the public company experience the firm was seeking. Binderman will continue as the managing member and CEO of the Binder-man group. He brings to Vystar more than 20 years of Big 4 and other national and regional CPA and consulting firm experience.
