Passivation films on particles of electroexplosion aluminum nanopowders: A review

摘要

The physicochemical regularities of the formation of passivating coatings on particles of aluminum electroexplosion nanopowders are examined by means of electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, differential thermal, chemical analyses and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The thermal characteristics of inorganic passivating coatings for aluminum nanoparticles were demonstrated to be more advantageous compared to organic coatings. The protective action of organic passivating coatings was shown to be independent of their composition-only the particle size was found to be important.
