摘要

The influence of sintering temperature and cooling rate on the structure are presented in this paper. The factors that contribute to the mechanical properties of sintered structural parts, such as TRS, hardness, impact strength, dimensional stability were summarised. Cooling rate is responsible both for properties and Structure. The results shows that high mechanical properties can he obtain during slow furnace cooling after isothermal sintering. The only question is how to achieve this slow cooling rate in the industry. It seems that heat treatment should be employed additionally, to produce sintered structural parts of high strength, instead of slow cooling rate after sintering.
