Regulator finds no major infringements at Norilsk Nickel AGM - source

The Russian Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS), which has been conducting a probe into this year's disputed AGM held by MMC Norilsk Nickel, has sent its findings to the Prosecutor General's Office but has "not uncovered major infringements," a source familiar with the inspection results told Interfax. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the Prosecutor General's Office to look into the AGM and the FFMS is helping with the inquiry. The inspection follows complaints by Oleg Deripaska, chief of aluminum giant UC Rusal, which owns a blocking stake in Norilsk Nickel.
