摘要

It has been shown that it is possible to fabricate dispersion-strengthened copper with uniform distribution of highly pulverized strengthening particles (< 50 run) in the nanocrystalline matrice (grain size < 50 nm) by means of mechanical alloying. The development of the structure of dispersion-strengthened copper powder in the course of mechanical alloying was investigated using high-resolution scanning electron microscopy. The use of the intraclass. correlation function made it possible to quantitatively analyze the variation in the distribution of the strengthening particles of yttrium oxide in the copper matrice on different stages of mechanical alloying.
