摘要

The phase and structure formation inTiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)-TiNi -Mo and TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)-TiNi -Ti -Mo alloys in the presence of liquid phase (T = 1380-1600 degC) is investigated by X-ray phase, electron-microscope, and X-ray microspectral analysis. As a result of the physicochemicalprocesses developing in liquid-phase sintering, a three-phasealloy consisting of nonstoichiometric titanium carbonitrideTiC_(0.5-x)N_(0.5-x), a solid solution of titanium, nickel, andcarbon in molybdenum Mo(Ti, Ni, C), and one of theintermetallides TiNi or Ni_3Ti is formed. The content ofmetallic elements in individual phase components of the alloyis found by X-ray spectral microanalysis.
