Modeling of multi-agent market systems in the presence of uncertainty: the case of information economy

We discuss some issues involved in modeling of complex systems composed of dynamicallyinteracting agents. We describe a prototype of simulation environment created for modeling of suchsystems with the aim of evaluating strategies of enterprizes in the information economy, butapplicable to general multi-agent systems. The case study is presented along with the mathematicaldescription of the multi-agent systems.
