Boeing opts for composites for 7E7

Aircraft producer Boeing has decided that the primary structure of its new 7E7 'Dreamliner' will be built mostly from composite materials. The company says this will be the first commercial jet to have the majority of its primary structure (including the wing and fuselage) made of composites.
