KIOR RAISES DOUBTS OVER THE ABILITY TO CONTINUE AS A GOING CONCERN

Renewable fuels company KiOR announced a net loss of $-347.5 mln for the year 2013, deepening from $-69.4 mln in 2012 and $-64.1 mln in 2011. The company generated a negative EBIT of $-320.6 mln last year compared with $-69.2 mln a year earlier. With the release of its year results, KiOR issued a "going concern" statement that focused on its ability to raise future capital to sustain operations and build its next plant.
