An asymptomatic 6-week-old female infant presented to the clinic with a prenatal history of a right-sided chest mass. Physical examination revealed no abnormalities, and laboratory data were essentially normal. Prenatal ultrasonography (US) had demonstrated slight cardiac compression and mild hydrops associated with the chest mass, but the findings were not severe; therefore, no fetal intervention was performed. The patient had no birth complications or postnatal respiratory symptoms.
