Unlike conventional HPLC detectors, which require calibration standards for every target compound, the equimolar nitrogen response of the Antek Instruments chemiluminescent nitrogen detector allows a single calibration curve to be used for all proteins and peptides in a sample. This application note will focus on the application of the detector to the analysis of snake venom.
