New Zealand's leading food research and development organisations have announced plans to establish an internationally significant brand to market New Zealand's food research expertise to the world. The project is called Food Innovation New Zealand. A memorandum of understanding to develop the brand was signed between Massey University, AgRe-search, Fonterra, Plant & Food Research (formerly HortResearch and Crop and Food Research), the Rid-det Institute, and the BioCommerce Centre. The intention is to formally launch the brand this month.
