摘要

We propose a procedure of cyclic thermal treatment of ScCeSZ–NiO ceramics each separate cycle of which includes the reduction of the material in high-purity hydrogen (99.99 vol.% under an excess pressure of 0.12 MPa) for 4 h at 600℃ with subsequent oxidation in air (without excess pressure) under the same conditions. This enables us to obtain a material with stabilized and enhanced electric conductivity after the third cycle of treatment, despite the decreased content of nickel oxide.
