摘要

The survey is devoted to the analysis of the results of well-known investigations of the dislocation mechanisms of microcracking. Main attention is focused on the conditions under which microcracks begin to nucleate. As important characteristics of optimization of the models, we can mention the minimum number of dislocations and local stresses leading to the formation of a defect. We present a classification of the mechanisms by the type of interaction of dislocation groups.
