Total Opens South Mahakam Gas Project

Total has started up its South Mahakam gas condensate project off the coast of Indonesia two months ahead of schedule. The French energy company operates the project though its Total E&P Indonesie division, which has a 50% interest. Inpex holds the other 50%. Total is planning a phased development of three gas condensate fields and two gas fields.
