Analyst Adjusts British Columbia Gas Output Up by 700-900 MMcf/d

Oil industry economists have been accused of losing barrels as inventories shifted from storage tanks to new pipelines' line pack to new storage locations, but losing natural gas molecules has been less of an issue. FirstEnergy Capital analyst Martin King, however, recently fessed up to undercounting production in British Columbia for about three years, mixing the additional molecules from new wells in the province's Horn River Basin with Alberta output. By the time he caught his error, King admitted to being off by between 700 million cubic feet per day and 900MMcf/d.
