摘要

During the present study in vitro propagation of an acrocarpous moss: Anomobryum filiforme var. concinnatum (Spruce) Aman. has been carried out on different culture media: full strength Knop's macronutrients, half-strength Knop's macronutrients, Nitsch's trace elements + 10 ppm ferric citrate and Hoagland media with the aim to establish stable in vitro culture of this species, to study its development under laboratory conditions and establishment on soil beds in moss house for conservation and multiplication. Plant population of this taxon has been successfully grown in half-strength Knop's macronutrients under controlled laboratory conditions and transferred to soil in pots. This may further lead to bulk propagation of species in moss house for conservation and large biomass production of the taxon for applied studies.
