With Lumwana looming large on the horizon for Equinox Minerals Ltd and set to propel the group into the mid tier copper producer ranks, the company continues to lock away key development contracts. The 453 million US dollors project will rank as Africa's biggest copper mine with annual production in the first five years reaching 188,000 tonnes.
