Turkish domestic flat steel prices buoyed by export demand

Flat steel prices in Turkey’s domestic market are not expected to fall inthe short term, thanks to strong demand in the export markets aswell as price increases in global markets, sources told Metal Bulletinon Friday November 25.Demand in the country’s local market was not strong due to theTurkish lira losing value against the US dollar recently, but still no fallin prices was expected.
