The highest honor bestowed upon architectural professionals by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)-the President's Medal for Distinguished Service-was awarded by 2013-2014 President Blakely C Dunn to six individuals at the organization's 2014 Annual Business Meeting in Philadelphia. Dunn commended each of this year's recipients for his or her commitment to the architecture profession and to the council, which has a mission to protect the public's health, safety and welfare by leading the regulation of standards for licensure and credentialing.
