Current college and university students are already conquering mid-term exams and perhaps even scheduling next semester's classes. From classrooms to extracurricular meeting spaces to athletic and wellness facilities, the buildings housing campus activities have taken on increased importance-both from a student recruiting and retention standpoint as well as an overall budget perspective.
