摘要

Dense Ni_(0.37)Cu_(0.20)Zn_(0.43)Fe_(1.92)O_(3.88)/BaFe_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)O_3 composites were prepared by the conventional solid-state method and sintered at 950℃. The powder x-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns confirm the coexistence of the two phases. The dielectric and magnetic properties are also reported. The results show that the as-prepared composites possess high dielectric constant and permeability, which could be used in high-frequency communications for the capacitor-inductor integrating devices such as electromagnetic interference filters and antennas.
