Filling-compositions were made in which different amounts of different dried-milk and milk-protein-products were mixed with a beef-free basic filling. It was discovered that with the use of whey protein concentrates the Polymerase chain reaction is positive. Because due to the current discussion this is treated as equivalent to detection of beef, this result is of an extreme explosive nature for the meat industry.
