NPRA,ILMA announce appointments

Charles Drevna has joined the Washington,D.C.-base National Petrochemical & Refiners Association(NPRA) as director of technical advocacy activities.Drevna will be in charge of the association's lubricants and waxes program,which includes coordination of the annual Lubricants sales and capacity statistics.
