The rate of change we are seeing int eh world today is frightening.Our personal ,corporate,national and social frameworks are changing in ways we could not have imagined.Many of the changes are attributed to the rapid information technology advances we are seeing.To be sure,these are significant.But what I see happening is more fundamental than just information.As business executives,we need to understand and respond appropriately to the global changes we are seeing.
