The Energy Institute's Containment Systems Working Group (CSWG), which consists of representatives from operating companies, regulators, trade associations, consultants and suppliers of products to the bulk storage sector, is keen to ensure readers of Fuel Oil News are up to date with revised guidelines. First produced in 1996 and revised in 2007, the Energy Institute has revised the publication Environmental guidelines for petroleum distribution installations.
