Erdos-Renyi graph, Szemeredi-Trotter type theorem, and sum-product estimates over finite rings

We study a variant of Erdos-Renyi graph over finite rings. We then use this graph to obtain a Szemeredi-Trotter type theorem a sum-product estimate in finite rings.
