摘要

Harvestable pepino (Solanum muricatum) fruits were stored under different controlled atmosphere (CA) conditions (two static and one dynamic gas compositions) at 5deg C and 98% relative humidity for 10 and 21 days. Skin colour, firmness and beta-carotene sugar and acid contents were measured. Both forms of CA storage resulted in higher quality that storage at 5 and 18deg C. Short bursts of high CO2 concentrations improved skin firmness and colour intensity.
