Husband and friendly ex-wife team Jan and Geoff Smith are launching a new range of failsafe souffles aimed at the emerging "eat out at home" market. With emerging research that three-quarters of British families will stay at home during the recession rather than eat out at restaurants or drink in the pub—Jan and Geoff have decided to cover all their business bases. They launched a range of souffles inspired by recipes from their 13 th century North Yorkshire country pub, the Hare Inn.
