Children and microbial foodborne illness.

摘要

This article focuses on the incidence of some of the more common or serious foodborne illnesses, namely illnesses from Campylobacter, Salmonella, E. coli O157:H7, E. coli non-O157:H7 STEC, Listeria and Toxoplasma gondii and the economic costs that accompany foodborne illnesses.
