SHAREHOLDERS OF Athabasca Potash Inc (API) have elected a new board of directors in a vote at the company's annual and special meeting held yesterday in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The new group of seven directors was proposed by Dawn Zhou, the founder of Athabasca, who was removed from her position as president and CEO in June, but remained a director of the company (FW Online, June 26, 2009).
