Tampa rises for fifth month as supply remain tight

The Tampa price increased for the fifth month in a row thisweek. Some ammonia suppliers were disappointed by themodest $10/mt rise to $565/mt CFR Tampa for May agreedbetween Yara and US Gulf phosphate producers. Butdeliveries from Trinidad are due to be fully restored at theend of the month, so more tonnes should be available fromthis key US source. However, doubts remain as Trinidad'sNational Gas Company has been promising ammoniaproducers full gas supplies for two months.
