ATHABASCA POTASH Inc. has announced that its shareholders voted in favour of a resolution to ratify and approve the company's shareholder rights plan at the company's Annual General and Special Meeting held on 12 June. The rights plan, which has a term of three years, was adopted by the board of directors on 12 May.
