I am very pleased to see that smaller arable farmers who will be unfairly affected by the three-crop rule are making their feelings known via your letters pages.I farm 35ha of arable land, which I block crop in a combin-able crop rotation using contractors for spraying and harvesting. The practical and financial problems that the rule poses my small business are extremely daunting and will provide little or no environmental benefit.
