The owners of a fertilizer and propane business in west-central Missouri have been ordered to pay 879,033 in restitution and banned from doing business in Missouri for failing to honor signed contracts with customers to provide products at a set price.Robert and Raelene Bain,owners of Heartland Farm Services in Cole Camp,Mo.,were ordered by Benton County Circuit Court Judge John W.Sims on April 20 to pay back 28 customers with whom the couple had arranged contracts in 2004 guaranteeing fertilizer and propane at discounted prices.The amount of restitution to each customer ranges from 640 to 330,000.
