Dear Editor, We are pleased with the interest in our article and appreciate the comments that complement the presented article and provide useful information. This was a retrospectively designed study and any patient with a known systemic disease that may affect the value of MPV was excluded. As we mentioned in the study, because we excluded patients with liver and renal diseases, other blood parameters were in the normal range, so we did not need to provide them in the article.
