For treating the patients with complicated cataract and glaucoma with underlying pseudoexfoliation syndrome, the ophthalmotonus level is determined and evaluated in a patient with primary open-angle glaucoma and cataract, normalized detection of high intraocular pressure values by instillations of b-adrenoreceptor blocking agents and/or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, selective laser trabeculoplasty in the presence of pigmentation in an angle of the anterior chamber and post-laser exposure to cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation.
